Position Role : Responsible to 77X for the overall equipping and assurance of equipment within the Brigade. Responsibilities: To act as the 77X SO3 G4 and assist SO2 as the POC between Brigade and FdArmy Tps for all equipment and logistical issues to enable FE@R to meet current future Operations. Undertake Managerial Assurance checks of all accounts held within the Brigades units. Provide direction and support to the G4 staff within the individual Brigade units. Drive and develop unit safety procedures and provide advice to DCOS on equipment care policy and procedures. Additional tasks delegated by the Brigade SO2 G4. Provide the Brigade Commander with advice on G4 structures. Monitor and control of equipment budgets & losses as allocated by the Brigade Commander. Provide leadership and career management to all G4 personnel.
