We work every day to develop new innovative solutions and sustainable process technologies for a wide range of industries.**Your responsibilities****Responsibilities & Activities:*** To commission the equipment supplied on projects in an efficient, professional, safe and timely manner* To provide after sales technical and engineering support to customers* To service equipment at customer premises* To maintain proper records and reports of all site service and commissioning activities* Adhere to the terms of the Sentinel Contract of Service* Communicate at all levels both internally and externally to achieve the commissioning and after sales support objectives of the company and the reasonable expectation of our customers’ requirements.* Recognise, understand and resolve customer’s problems and support them in a professional manner effectively acting as an ambassador for the company* To carry out other duties which could be reasonably assessed as part of your role.* To carry out these duties in a manner which always safeguards the health and safety of the individual and that of their colleagues.* Preparedness to travel both within the UK and abroad**Your qualifications**All employees have a responsibility to comply with the requirements of the Company managements system and procedures, including those relating to quality assurance.
