Overview
Insurance Account Handler role based in Stevenage. Monday to Friday (no weekends). Competitive basic salary relative to experience plus a generous bonus structure and benefits as part of the UK’s largest independent Insurance Brokers.
Responsibilities
Every day you will be supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, building strong relationships, and assisting with queries as they arise. This role is ideal if you enjoy customer service or sales, with relationship-building being key to success.
Requirements
Some experience of SMEs and Commercial Combined Insurance Industry is essential. Other requirements relate to your approach and attitude:

* Be proactive, use your initiative and demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit
* Confidence to work with clients by phone and email; customer service experience is important
* Work well with your team, stay positive, collaborative and adaptable
* Demonstrate honesty and integrity—important within a financially regulated organisation
