About the Role
As a key member of the surveying team, you’ll be responsible for delivering a broad range of residential surveying services, including:
* RICS Level 2 Homebuyer Reports
* RICS Level 3 Building Surveys
* Red Book Valuations
* Bespoke consultancy advice for private and public sector clients
You’ll manage your own workload, produce compliant, high-quality reports, and act as a trusted advisor to clients – many of whom are long-standing and highly engaged.
Responsibilities
* Undertake residential surveys and valuations with consistency, accuracy, and professionalism
* Provide expert advice tailored to each client’s needs
* Produce detailed, compliant reports and valuations independently
* Prioritise and manage a varied caseload effectively
* Build and strengthen client relationships, acting as a key point of contact
* Identify and support business development opportunities
* Stay up to date with legislative and market changes, applying insights to client work
* Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to a high-performance culture
Qualifications
* RICS qualified (MRICS or working towards final assessment with strong experience)
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the UK residential property market
Required Skills
* Skilled in valuations, Homebuyer Reports, and Building Surveys
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Strong client relationship management
* Competent in valuation software and Microsoft Excel
* Full UK driving licence (car allowance provided)

Pay range and compensation package
£60,000 - £80,000 + package
