The Role of F2 Teacher:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver fun, stimulating lessons tailored to the needs of Foundation Stage pupils.
* Create a nurturing, safe, and inclusive classroom where every child feels valued.
* Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development through play-based learning.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, and colleagues to support pupil progress.
* Track and assess children’s learning, ensuring milestones are met in line with EYFS guidelines.
What You’ll Bring as F2 Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Previous experience teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is highly desirable.
* A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply.)
