1. Sous Chef: Assist in the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef. Work during service across different sections and on the pass, lead and train junior chefs, and have opportunities for personal development.
2. Chef de Partie: Manage a specific section, ensuring the effective execution of all dishes with consistent presentation and customer satisfaction. Develop junior team members by sharing knowledge and supervising effectively.
3. Commis Chef: Eager to develop culinary skills, attentive, receptive to guidance from senior team members, passionate about food, and interested in working with quality seasonal ingredients. Experience is preferred but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
