3. Use a range of appropriate strategies and follow school policies for tutoring, teaching, behaviour management, and classroom management.
4. Involve parents and other agencies to promote the health, safety, economic wellbeing, and achievement of your students.
5. Assess, monitor, and record students’ progress, providing clear and constructive feedback.
6. Set high expectations based on prior knowledge and attainment, aiming for progress equal to or better than similar students nationally.
7. Engage in professional development to improve your teaching and support student learning.
8. Contribute to the policies, aspirations, and plans of the school as part of the teaching staff.
Required Skills & Experience
1. A degree in Mathematics or a related subject, with PGCE or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years’ experience teaching Maths, preferably to KS3 and KS4 students.

2. Differentiated Learning: Use varied teaching methods to ensure all students access and progress in the curriculum.
3. Assessment & Feedback: Regularly evaluate understanding and provide constructive feedback.
