Location: Richmond South West London
Contract: September 2025 July 2026 (Term-Time Only)
Pay: 105.00 per day (PAYE)

A well-regarded secondary school in Richmond is seeking a Geography Graduate Teaching Assistant to support students across the Humanities department.
As a Geography Graduate Teaching Assistant youll work with pupils in KS3 and KS4 providing classroom assistance subject-specific intervention and academic mentoring. Youll also support learners with SEN helping to remove barriers to learning and promote engagement in subjects like Geography History and RE.
Key responsibilities:
* Providing in-class support in Geography and wider Humanities
* Running 1:1 and group interventions for underachieving students
* Helping with lesson resources planning and marking
* Supporting students with SEND or EAL backgrounds
This role is ideal for aspiring Geography teachers or those interested in education youth work or social research.
