The Role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager based within our Norwich depot. You will be overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and leading a small team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with supervisory experience in a warehouse setting to make a significant impact in a growing company.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
* Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
* Coordinate with other departments to fulfil orders accurately and on time.
* Train and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance and safety.
* Implement and enforce warehouse procedures and protocols to optimize efficiency and minimise errors.
* Monitor equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly.
* Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of inventory management software and basic computer skills.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Forklift certification (preferred but not required)
