Are you looking for a new opportunity and want to make a difference in people's lives? At Sense, we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our fantastic team within our Supported Living service in Holbeach.
This is a Permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week and are we are offering you £30,141 per annum. Further to this basic salary, you will also have the fantastic opportunity to join our on call program, paying £250 per week (based on £50 per night)! When you join Sense, you'll have access to a variety of support functions to assist you in your role.
As a Registered Care Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a responsive, innovative, and high-quality service that meets our standards. Your role will also include effectively managing a staff team consisting of a Deputy Manager and Support Workers, and be responsible for tasks such as rotas, supervising and mentoring the team to ensure that all shared responsibilities are fulfilled and systems maintained which guarantees compliance.
At this service, we provide support to 8 individuals who either have autism, deafblindness or sensory/complex disabilities and they are provided with care and support tailored to their individual needs.
Your required skills and experiences:
* Experience managing teams in Supported Living or Residential care
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Sense can fund this)
* Experience of successfully working in accordance with external CQC compliance framework
* Knowledge of or willingness to learn British Sign Language or similar (desirable)
* A full UK manual license (desirable as we have a company vehicle to take individuals out in the community)
