Neighbourhood Health Project Support Officer
Are you a skilled administrator with a passion for making stuff better? We are looking for someone with an interest in system working, to support a programme of work with partners across the Leeds Health & Care system to deliver our local ambition to develop a Neighbourhood Health approach. You will work as part of a small team delivering a programme of work in relation to Active Recovery & the Stroke pathway. This work includes the expansion and strengthening of the existing Active Recovery model and a project to implement an early supported discharge pathway for survivors of stroke. On occasion you may also provide project support to a programme testing a new model of integrated, community-based specialist diabetes care. Roles are offered on a fixed‑term basis until the end of March 2027, with potential extension in 2027/28 and can be undertaken on a part‑time basis (22.5–37.5 hours per week).
Main duties of the job
* Developing and maintaining project documentation, such as project plans, action logs and highlight reports
* Leading on discrete workstreams within projects
* Taking responsibility for project admin, such as diary management, event planning, and action notes
* Communicating about the project(s) to various stakeholders
Qualifications and experience
* Effective communication skills with the ability to develop written and verbal communications for a range of audiences
* Experience in assisting with the development of project plans, working with a range of stakeholders to implement and evaluate change work
* Experience of compiling reports and ensuring information is available to support the implementation of project work
* Experience of supporting project managers with the production of reports, project plans, and risk and issue logs
* Confidence to take a lead on some discrete workstreams within change projects
