Working pattern: Monday- Thursday from 08:00-16:30 and Friday from 08:00-15:30
Responsibilities and duties:
1. To greet and welcome visitors, being prompt, polite, and helpful to them.
2. To answer the telephone and transfer, as appropriate, to the required department
3. Responding to emails.
4. Dealing with clients in a polite and friendly manner.
5. To take and deliver messages and post as necessary.
6. To ensure, following Fire Regulations, that all visitors sign in and out.
7. To keep the office tidy and ensure that important documents are not left lying about
8. General Administration duties.
9. Ordering supplies and gift baskets as needed
10. Teamwork - work closely with our entire team who will introduce you to the operating system.
11. Be ready to undertake any other task and project assigned to you by the team.
Requirements:
12. Good Microsoft Office skills.
13. Meticulous attention to detail.
14. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
15. English fluency, French an advantage
16. Ability to work on own initiative and effectively work to deadlines.
