Our client, a leading organisation in the UK rail industry, is seeking to appoint two Senior Legal Counsels and up to three Legal Counsels to join their expanding legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Group General Counsel, advising on a broad range of commercial, regulatory, and strategic legal matters across multiple business units.
The positions offer a high level of exposure to key stakeholders and the chance to be part of a growing, collaborative legal function at a pivotal time for the business.
Locations: London, Bristol, Newcastle or York (Hybrid working available)
Key Requirements:
* UK-qualified lawyer with 2-10+ years' PQE in a commercial legal role
* Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
* Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment
* Collaborative mindset with strong commercial awareness
