As a Senior Lead Network Engineer in the Infrastructure Platforms Networks organization, you will leverage your deep expertise to design, implement, and manage complex network architectures. You will lead strategic initiatives across multiple network platforms and technologies, driving operational excellence and innovation. Your role will involve integrating software and applications to optimize network performance, advising junior engineers, and ensuring compliance with risk and security standards. You will play a key part in shaping our technology processes and advancing our global infrastructure.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Apply deep technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies to analyze complex data and systems
2. Anticipate issues, mitigate risk, and architect solutions to modernize technology processes
3. Lead infrastructure engineering initiatives in alignment with business requirements
4. Drive results and implement multiple complex programs
5. Provide thought leadership within the product line
6. Execute work according to compliance, risk, security, and business objectives
7. Advise on upstream and downstream technical implications and mitigation actions
8. Mentor junior engineers and technologists

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
10. Full stack network design and deployment experience
11. Expert-level knowledge in infrastructure engineering areas such as software defined networks, zero touch provisioning, SD-WAN, fabric switching, Wi-Fi, and network security
12. Proficiency in network infrastructure technology and programming languages (., Python, Ansible)
13. Deep technical knowledge across multiple domains
14. Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and multiple cloud technologies, with ability to operate in and migrate across public and private clouds
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
15. Experience with wired/wireless LAN, BGP WAN, SD-WAN, and 802.1x technologies from vendors including Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Fortinet, and Forescout
16. Self-directed with strong initiative and efficient workload management
17. Ability to inspire confidence, command respect, and influence others effectively
18. Clear communication, decisiveness, poise under pressure, authenticity, and credibility in professional settings
