Experis' client who has bases in the West of Glasgow, Central Glasgow and Edinburgh are currently looking for a Contract Agile Project Manager to lead client-side delivery of their Software Platforms.
You'll need to coordinate internal teams and multiple external suppliers to drive continuous improvement, stable releases, and value-led enhancements in a high‑availability environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Agile delivery of platform upgrades and product releases.
2. Manage end‑to‑end release cycles and Agile ceremonies.
3. Oversee supplier performance and cross team coordination.
4. Maintain a prioritised product backlog with Product Owners.
5. Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and governance reporting.
6. Build and support an internal delivery team (BA, UX/UI, QA).
7. Support change adoption, business cases, and stakeholder alignment.
Skills & Experience
8. Agile project delivery in tech, consultancy or client-side environments.
9. Strong knowledge of Scrum/Kanban/SAFe and tools like Jira/Confluence.
10. Agile certifications preferred.
11. Experience with software platform delivery (ecommerce or digital apps).
12. Strong stakeholder management up to exec level.
13. Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, cloud environments, and data led decision making.
14. Excellent communication, organisation, and problem solving skills.
