Job Description
3. Lead the monthly revenue recognition process
4. Prepare consolidated monthly management accounts across group entities, including intercompany eliminations
5. Support the implementation and optimisation of new finance systems to support international growth
6. Assist with group-level transactions and reporting
7. Monitor and forecast group cashflow
8. Collaborate closely with Finance and Commercial teams to align priorities
9. Identify opportunities to improve processes and challenge existing ways of working
The Successful Applicant
A successful Group Management Accountant should have:
10. Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
11. Experience working within a group or international environment, including consolidations and FX
12. Strong Excel and IT skills
13. Proactive mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
14. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
15. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
16. Team-oriented approach with a collaborative working style
