We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of ServiceNow projects and enhancements. This role involves coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders in a fast-paced, agile environment. You’ll work closely with developers, business analysts, and process owners to help drive successful implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in planning and executing ServiceNow projects (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, etc.)
* Support sprint planning, and daily stand-ups in Agile or hybrid environments
* Maintain project documentation including timelines, RAID logs, and status reports
* Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery
* Track and report on project KPIs and milestones
* Help manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and approvals
* Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with business objectives
* Support UAT planning and execution, including test case coordination and defect tracking
* Contribute to post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions
Experience:
* 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or administration, ideally in IT or SaaS environments
* Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and modules (ITSM, HRSD, etc.) is a plus
* Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow PPM)
Preferred Skills:
* ServiceNow Fundamentals or Certified System Administrator certification
* CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or Agile certifications
* Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
