Our role is to support the Operations team in delivering products on time and to quality standards by:
* Reducing customer escapes and concessions through quality improvement tools.
* Ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
* Maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
* Adhering to the Quality Management System and regulatory standards like EASA Part 21, EN 9100, and NADCAP.
* Preparing for and participating in audits.
* Managing audits, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
* Developing customer escape prevention and concession reduction plans.
* Applying quality tools such as PFMEA, Gauge R&R, 8D, SPC.

Job Requirements
* Support quality plans for new products and customers.
* Lead zero concessions plans for new products.
* Ensure correct completion of first article reports.
* Develop non-quality cost reduction plans.
* Support waste elimination in production.
* Operate within the quality budget.
* Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
* Quality assurance experience in manufacturing or technical environment.
* Problem-solving and project delivery experience.
* Application of quality tools (PFMEA, SPC, 8D, Six Sigma).
* Good communication skills.
* Experience with aerospace quality standards.
* French language skills are beneficial but not essential.
