Join a hyper‑scaling SaaS business and take full ownership of FP&A. This is a high‑visibility role where you'll own the numbers, sharpen the metrics, drive insights at pace and partner directly with senior leadership. If you want autonomy, impact and a seat at the table, this is the role for you.
As an FP&A Manager, you'll sit at the centre of the business, owning financial modelling, SaaS metrics and board‑level reporting. You'll shape how the business plans, forecasts and measures performance as they continue to scale.
Your new role
1. Build, enhance and own our core financial models
2. Lead budgeting, re‑forecasting and long‑range planning cycles
3. Produce board and investor reporting packs that drive real decisions
4. Benchmark our performance against best‑in‑class SaaS standards
5. Automate reporting and help implement FP&A / BI tooling
6. Partner cross‑functionally to ensure clean, reliable financial and operational data
What you'll need to succeed
7. Trained at a leading audit firm (Big 4 strongly preferred: PwC, EY, KPMG, Deloitte)
8. Educated at a top university, demonstrating strong academic capability
9. Fast‑track career progression, with clear evidence of high performance and accelerated promotions
10. 5+ years' FP&A or commercial finance experience (ideally in high‑growth B2B SaaS)
11. Expert‑level Excel/Google Sheets modelling skills
12. Strong grasp of SaaS unit economics and core recurring‑revenue metrics
13. Exposure to FP&A tools, BI platforms or commission systems
14. Ability to communicate complex financial insights simply and clearly to SLT and investors.
