Due to continued expansion across the East Midlands, our client is looking to appoint an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead their growing sales team.
Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for delivering against profit and performance targets by leading, motivating and developing a team of Sales Executives. This is a key leadership role requiring strong commercial awareness, people management skills and a proven ability to drive results.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of remote Sales Executives to achieve Business Unit targets.
* Recruit, coach, and develop Sales Executives, including implementing annual development plans.
* Drive performance across sales targets, exchanges, and completions, in line with Head of Sales objectives.
* Ensure all KPI targets are achieved, including lead management (HubSpot).
* Act as the communication link between site staff, the Sales & Marketing department, other internal teams, and external partners.
* Provide expertise on customer purchasing activities and support Sales Executives as the first point of escalation.
* Monitor and react to market conditions, including lender criteria, pricing trends, stock plots, and PX properties, advising on forecasts and site sequencing.
* Assist in setting release prices through regular market research.
* Ensure timely and professional responses to all customer enquiries.
* Maintain the highest standards of customer service, health & safety, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Experience & Requirements
* Proven knowledge of sales processes, systems and procedures.
* Experience within the house building industry, ideally in a regional or team leadership capacity.
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the customer journey.
* Experience working in a decentralised business structure is advantageous.
* Flexibility to work weekends on site when required.
* Full UK driving licence is essential.
