New Homes Sales Manager
Location: Manston
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 DOE
Permanent, Full‑time
Are you an experienced property professional ready to lead a thriving sales team? Do you have strong experience in New Homes Sites, carrying out valuations and supporting developers? Our client, a respected and expanding property business, is seeking a confident New Homes Sales Manager to oversee their talented and busy New Homes Team. This is a key leadership role offering autonomy, progression, and the chance to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day‑to‑day team operations
* Ensure smooth running of all office functions
* Maintain and implement SOPs
* Ensure compliance with legislation, policies and Trading Standards
* Act as the main key holder and oversee security
* Handle enquiries, valuations and viewings diary
* Manage staff rotas, holidays and absence
* Review property details and ensure compliance
* Monitor Alto updates and delegate leads
* Complete desktop valuations and market appraisals
* Track AML checks and manage key systems
* Liaise with Sales Progressor, Marketing and portals
* Produce monthly pipeline reports
* Lead, mentor and support team
* Conduct reviews, training, inductions and CPD
* Promote valuations and drive new business
* Attend networking and promotional events
What we're looking for:
* Strong experience in Residential and New Home Sales
* Experience with Valuations and supporting developers
* Confident leader with excellent communication skills
* Close attention to detail and compliance‑focused
* Ability to motivate a team and manage a busy team
