3 x Urgently Needed Customer Advisors Customer Advisor Location: Watton, Norfolk Working Hours: Week 1: 09:30 – 18:00 Week 2: 08:00 – 16:30 Monday to Friday (No weekends) Role Overview: My client is seeking three confident and customer-focused Customer Service Advisors to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for contacting customers via outbound calls, following a structured call script to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers using a pre-defined call script. Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, or campaigns. Record customer responses and feedback in the CRM system. Meet daily and weekly call targets and KPIs. Handle objections and escalate complex queries when necessary. Maintain compliance with data protection and company policies. Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience in a customer service or outbound calling role preferred. Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural conversation flow. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
