We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a Primary school in Solihull. This role is working in Key Stage 2 team after the February half-term. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about supporting pupils' progress and delivering high‑quality interventions. About the Role The successful candidate will: Lead and deliver targeted KS2 intervention sessions across reading, writing and maths. Work closely with class teachers to plan, deliver and assess small‑group and 1:1 support. Provide high‑quality classroom cover where needed. Use assessment information to monitor pupil progress and adapt interventions accordingly. Contribute positively to the wider life of the school and uphold our values. We Are Looking For Someone Who: Holds HLTA status or equivalent qualifications/experience. Has strong knowledge of Key Stage 2 curriculum expectations.
