We’re looking for a Pensions Consultant to work across multiple clients, providing hands-on support with scheme management, governance, and advisory projects. The role involves supporting Trustee Boards, shaping solutions, and ensuring schemes run smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
* Support Trustee Boards and deliver governance, compliance, and secretariat services
* Lead or contribute to projects: adviser/provider reviews, risk management, policy development
* Provide clear reporting, manage suppliers, and help clients make informed decisions
* Build trusted client relationships and stay ahead of industry developments
Who You Are:
* Experienced in pensions consulting, governance, or secretariat roles
* Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills
* Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Skilled at building relationships and working collaboratively
