R&D Partners is seeking a skilled and experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager to join a dynamic team within the pharmaceutical industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a newly established regulatory team, drive strategy implementation, and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

Responsibilities:
* Lead a high-performing team and manage capacity to meet KPIs.
* Support Regulatory Affairs Management in implementing strategies to meet quality and stakeholder expectations.
* Develop and optimize parallel distribution marketing authorization functions.
* Oversee change management activities to enhance efficiency in licensing processes.
* Ensure adherence to internal procedures and continuously improve workflows.
* Provide regulatory expertise through strong knowledge and hands-on experience.
* Stay updated on evolving regulatory requirements and expectations.
* Focus on employee satisfaction, development, and feedback within the team.
* Serve as a point of contact with health authorities, collaborating across business units.
Key Skills and Requirements:
* Master's or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in pharma, biotech, or pharmaceutical services.
* At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
* Proven track record in regulatory roles within structured environments.
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
