Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Miller Setter/Operator to join our clients growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of CNC milling machines, ensuring the production of high:quality components that meet strict industry specifications.
Key Responsibilities
: Set up and operate 3/4/5 axis CNC milling machines using Heidenhain controls
: Produce complex components from a range of materials, adhering to quality standards
: Collaborate with engineers and other manufacturing personnel to achieve efficient and accurate machining operations
: Attend SQDCP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People) meetings to contribute to process improvements
: Ensure production meets planned set and run times and quality requirements
: Communicate any issues or deviations from the planned process
: Assist in maintaining a well:organised and efficient work environment
Required Skills And Experience
: Demonstrated experience setting up and operating 3/4/5 axis CNC milling machines using Heidenhain controls
: Proficiency in producing high:complexity components from a variety of materials
: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, and use various inspection equipment (e.g. micrometers, verniers, plug gauges)
: Strong understanding of manufacturing techniques and a commitment to quality
: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively
: Previous experience in the aerospace industry is desirable, but not essential

: Role is working Days, Mon:Thur 7.30am:4.00pm and Friday is 7.30am:12.30pm
