What You’ll Be Doing
Showcasing Dyson Innovation
* Demonstrate the features and benefits of Dyson hair care technology.
* Provide tailored product recommendations that suit each customer's needs.
Collaborating with the Store Team
* Work closely with colleagues to present the full Dyson product range.
* Contribute ideas and energy to enhance the overall in‑store experience.
Delivering Premium Customer Service
* Offer an exceptional level of customer care that reflects Dyson's high standards.
* Build trusted relationships with customers and support the in‑store team throughout the day.
Driving Store Performance
* Support business plans and contribute to achieving store targets.
* Confidently share product knowledge to increase engagement and sales.
What You’ll Bring
* Strong customer service skills and a genuine interest in helping customers find the right products.
* Enthusiasm for technology and the ability to confidently discuss Dyson innovations.
* A proactive, ambitious attitude and willingness to develop new skills.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence when interacting with customers.
* Retail experience is beneficial but not essential.
