Working as part of Tayside NHS Board’s Committee Administration Team you will provide support to the Board’s standing committees and other groups. You will be responsible for managing the multiple demands of the post with clarity and skill to ensure that results are achieved to a high standard and to time.
We are looking for an individual who can undertake a whole range of administrative functions and work as part of a team.
You will have exceptional minute taking skills and a professional, confidential approach with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels.
You will have a good understanding of the structure and organisational relationships of NHS Tayside.
In addition, you will have excellent organisational skills, be numerate and have proven experience of servicing senior level committees.
