We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Information Support Officer to join our team. This is a vital role supporting governance processes across committees, reviews and investigations, ensuring full compliance with organisational standards.
You will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to governance functions, managing and co-ordinating committee meetings, including minute-taking, supporting reviews and investigations with accurate documentation and follow-up. Ensuring compliance with governance protocols and procedures and liaising with internal stakeholders to maintain effective communication and workflow.
We’re looking for someone who is experienced in high-level administration, ideally within a healthcare or governance setting. To be exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail, be proactive and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Be reliable, professional and comfortable working in a busy, focused environment. We’re looking for a strong team player with a positive attitude.
