Job Responsibilities
* Assist in managing projects for European overseas self-operated warehouses, ensuring project implementation and tracking of key milestones
* Promote daily operations such as warehouse goods in-and-out process, warehouse operating system optimization, and last-mile delivery process
* Support logistics headquarters in project management, process, and communication across various business lines, and implement headquarters' strategies in Europe
* Support warehouse team management to ensure operational efficiency and safety
* Assist in communication and coordination with suppliers, customers, and other relevant parties to improve goods delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction
* Participate in warehouse cost control and budget management to ensure reasonable operational costs
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics and warehouse management, SCM management, or related fields.
* At least 2 years of experience in warehouse logistics or logistics engineering.
* Familiarity with warehouse logistics management processes and standards, experience in project management, and strong team collaboration and communication skills.
* Experience in cost control and process optimization, able to effectively assist in reducing warehouse operational costs.
* Fluent in English, proficient in office software and warehouse management systems.
* Willingness to travel and arrange short-term stays at warehouses.
