HR Coordinator required a fantastic School in Berkshire
Engage Education has specialised in recruiting education staff in all roles for over a decade. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to work at a fantastic school in Berkshire. This will be Long Term Temp until March 2027 – Salary will be between £28,000 to £31,500 per annum.
Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we’re looking for more high-quality office staff to work with these schools.
About the role:
The role is Monday – Friday. As the HR Coordinator, you will be part of a close-knit team that works hard together to ensure the smooth running of the entire school. Duties can include:
* Using the school’s internal system to record data
* Various administrative tasks
* Using HR best practices
* Communicating effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendly manner
* Covering reception duties
The ideal applicant will have:
* Experience working in a school
* CIPD Level 3 Min
* A real passion for working within an education environment.
* Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role.
