As a Children’s Residential Care Worker, you will be involved in all aspects of the children’s daily lives. The positive impact you have can be immense. You should be emotionally resilient and motivated to make a difference daily. Understanding our children’s backgrounds and ensuring their needs are prioritized is crucial. You must be approachable, detail-oriented, and committed to safeguarding at all times, adhering to all protocols and regulations.

Shift Pattern: 16-24 hours (including sleep-in), on a one-on-two or two-on-four basis.

Typical day in the role involves working with children aged 8-18 with various behavioral and emotional needs, including duties such as:

* Providing high-quality care
* Offering guidance, support, and structure
