Qualified Social Worker, Learning Disability Review Team
Pay rate: c. £30 per hour

Vitalis is recruiting an experienced Qualified Social Worker to work in a Learning Disability Review Team in Manchester City Council.
We require a qualified Social Worker for an initial 3-month contract to backfill a position. The team is involved in project work, including: least restrictive practice, My Life My Way, internal disability supported accommodation services (DSAS), ensuring citizens are supported through appropriate funding, embedding a Strengths-Based Approach, and reviewing high-cost care packages across the city, focusing on value and savings. The team is city-wide and may have some citizens in the Greater Manchester area.
We need an experienced Social Worker capable of completing reviews, Strengths-Based Assessments, Support Plans, MCA, and BI decisions. Experience in learning disability services is preferable.
