Project Coordinator Location: Billericay Salary: Competitive Contract Type: Permanent Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday _________________________________________________________________________ What you’ll do: As a key player in our pre-construction team, you’ll manage and coordinate tender submissions from initial enquiry through to contract award. Your focus will be on quality, accuracy, and timely delivery across bids in the landscaping and public realm space. Key Responsibilities: Reviewing tender documentation to understand scope and requirements. Preparing take-offs and assisting in pricing hard/soft landscaping and SuDS works. Coordinating technical submissions, risk assessments, and programme information. Liaising with supply chain and internal teams to gather accurate pricing and input. Leading tender review meetings and tracking progress through our bid pipeline. Communicating with clients and consultants to resolve queries and strengthen relationships. Maintaining robust records and ensuring quality standards are met at every stage. What we’re looking for: Essential: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a pre-construction or estimating support role. HNC/HND or equivalent in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or Civil Engineering. Strong understanding of landscaping materials, SuDS, and public realm works. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, and estimating tools. Desirable: Experience with Tier 1 contractors or on NEC/JCT frameworks. CSCS Card or equivalent. Membership of a relevant professional body (CIHort, CIOB, LI).
