Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in program or project management, leading multi-disciplinary projects. - Experience in supply chain logistics and transportation for managing compliant international shipments. - Experience in managing and delivering trade compliance projects across the EMEA region. Preferred qualifications: - Professional certification in import, export or customs brokerage. - Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, both domestic and international. - Familiarity with EU/EMEA import and export regulations, VAT/excise, HTS classification, customs valuation, consumer hardware certification and global logistics. - Familiarity with service providers and managing shipping operations in the UK and rest of Europe. - Understanding of the customs, import, and export regulations to ensure legal compliance. - Ability to grow in a fast-paced business environment with frequent and rapid priority changes.
