Summary:
We are seeking two experienced Health and Safety professionals to join a market-leading civil engineering and construction organisation involved in major infrastructure projects, including one of Europe's latest high-speed rail developments. Based primarily at the client's compound near Aylesbury, you will travel to various sites across Southeast Buckinghamshire. Reporting to the Safety, Health and Wellbeing (SHW) Lead, you will work within an established team to support the safe delivery of project works.
Your role will involve promoting and assisting with corporate and local SHW campaigns, building strong relationships with operational teams and supply chain partners to monitor and improve SHW performance. You will conduct site safety inspections, identify trends or anomalies, and work closely with site teams to ensure timely closure of audit findings, investigations, and other safety actions. You will also provide regular updates to the SHW Manager on common trends and inspection outcomes to inform local initiatives and enhance overall safety performance.
