Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join the Downstream Digital Transformation Division.
The DSDT supports Downstream Admin Areas within the digital capabilities pillar.
Your primary role is to detail all the business requirements for downstream digital solutions. Actively participate in the solutions design stages, contributing to ideation, design sprints, and user interviews. Involve synthesizing information and end-user requirements to define features and software functionalities, as well as assisting in designing target customer journeys. Be a Project Management Office and steering for Digital projects. Identify synergies between different digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
As the successful candidate, you will be required to perform the following:
* Identify and document business requirements for downstream digital solutions
* Participate in solution ideation, design sprints, and user interviews to gather and synthesize information.
* Benchmark industry best practices and existing solutions in the market.
* Assist the product owner in detailing features and user stories of the digital solutions, ensuring that user stories are well-prepared for design and development.
* Translate end-user requirements into features and software functionalities, documenting them in industry-standard formats.
* Define clear acceptance criteria and ensure user stories are ready for design and development.
Minimum Requirements
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering from a recognized and approved program.
Minimum of 15 years' experience in the Oil and Gas Downstream sector, including at least 10 years in the development of digital solutions.
