We’re looking for a committed and enthusiastic Dementia Services Coordinator to join Age UK Sheffield, helping us deliver and promote high-quality dementia services that change lives. • Job Title: Dementia Services Coordinator • Salary: £28,000 FTE (£15,448 pro-rata) • Hours: 20 hours per week, flexible working to be agreed with the postholder • Location: Eyre Street Sheffield, with hybrid/flexible working arrangements About the Role You will coordinate and deliver person-centred support for people living with dementia and their carers, promote Age UK Sheffield’s dementia services, and raise awareness of Dementia Advice Sheffield (DAS) across health and social care networks. Working closely with our Marketing Coordinator, you will ensure services are promoted widely and effectively, while also helping us lead on Sheffield’s Dementia Commitments and Sheffield’s Dementia Strategy.
