THE ROLE
As the CRM Analyst, on the day-to-day, you will be:
* Conducting deep-dive analysis into data to segment the database for better understanding of the customer database
* Analysing email marketing campaigns to assess performance - looking at open and click rates, to measure success and attribute sales to email campaigns
* A/B testing campaigns to assess performance and share insights on test results
* Utilise the customer database to analyse customer behaviour and create actionable insights to feed into CRM reporting and one-off projects
