Production Team Leader will be based at our Barnstaple site. This role does require being onsite 5 days a week.
The salary for this role is up to £42.8k, depending on experience.

1. Performance Monitoring: Direct daily manufacturing activities to meet or exceed SQDCP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People)
2. Safety: Foster a safety-first culture and enforce safety procedures and reporting
3. Quality: Adopt quality control and compliance procedures, monitoring governance across manufacturing execution and fostering quality first culture
4. Delivery: Coordinate daily workflows, resolve bottlenecks, and manage material flow. Interfacing with materials & planning
5. Cost: Ensure production booking adherence for utilisation tracking, maintain accuracy in labour bookings to enhance standard cost monitoring
