We have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team within Vistry East London, at our office in Stratford, London. As our Marketing Coordinator, you will assist the Marketing Manager in delivering the Region's marketing strategy to support quality sales leads. Responsibilities
1. Assist with implementing the marketing strategy as directed by the Sales and Marketing Director/Marketing Manager.
2. Manage marketing plans for developments, ensuring innovative campaigns across agencies.
3. Create and update marketing assets such as CGIs, emails, signage, brochures, videos, and photography.
4. Maintain and update website content including copy, images, and videos.
5. Monitor property portal listings for maximum exposure.
6. Analyze marketing data using Google Analytics and CRM; report findings and recommend next steps.
7. Support marketing communications to the CRM database.
8. Coordinate news content for multiple channels.
9. Assist with marketing administration tasks.
10. Conduct market and competitor research.
11. Produce briefs for suppliers on marketing materials.
12. Manage email and SMS marketing campaigns.
13. Collaborate with sales teams on marketing activities and site launches.
14. Organize signage, sales outlets, and point-of-sale assets for development launches.
15. Manage marketing purchase orders and invoices.
16. Organize events and invitations.
17. Support award submissions and provide performance reports.

Minimum Requirements
* Experience in a fast-paced administrative role with tight deadlines.
* Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or in a team.
* Effective communication skills at all levels.
* Full driving license and access to transport.
* Willingness to work extra hours as needed.
Desirable Qualifications
* 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C or above.
* Level 3 or above qualification in Business Administration or Marketing.
* Experience in marketing and data analysis across channels.
