This hybrid role combines classroom teaching with leadership responsibility. You will shape and deliver a broad, engaging science curriculum while supporting colleagues through coaching, quality assurance and professional development. The aim is to ensure all learners receive a personalised, inclusive and impactful learning experience.About the ProvisionThe provision supports learners aged 7-19 through personalised and flexible education pathways. It is designed for young people who may be disengaged from education or require alternative approaches to succeed.
