Working closely with underwriting, distribution, and regional teams, Marketing and Communications ensures that our messaging, campaigns, and materials are aligned with business priorities and regulatory standards.Location: This position will be based out of our London office. We strive for collaboration which is why we offer a work environment where our employees thrive and develop long lasting careers.Our business, your impact, our opportunityWhat you’ll be doing:* Support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.* Assist with the development and production of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and internal communications.* Partner and collaborate with broader Marketing and Communications team members, Distribution, Client Management and Underwriting colleagues as well as other stakeholders to achieve goals and support business objectives.* Help elevating and standardizing the brand’s aesthetic and voice to increase brand awareness across all communications channels and to effectively engage our target audiences.* Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to deliver marketing activities on time and within budget.* Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and marketing activity effectiveness.What you’ll bring:* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred, though not essential.* Up to 2 years’ relevant experience at Marketing Assistant level.* Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment.* Curious, proactive, and eager to learn, with the confidence to ask questions and seek feedback.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Our BenefitsWe continuously evaluate and update our benefit programs to ensure that our plans meet the needs of our employees and their dependents.
