RP225174 - City Visiting Service - Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) / Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP)
Overview
Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership is delighted to be able to offer the opportunity for an Advanced Nurse/Clinical Practitioner to join the well-established team at the City Visiting Service. This post is for a permanent, part-time position (3 days/ 28.5 hours per week).
The City Visiting Service provides urgent, unscheduled, same-day home visits for adult patients on behalf of GP Practices across the whole of Aberdeen City. The service operates Monday – Friday from 8am to 6pm, and is currently based out of Woodend Hospital.
Responsibilities
* Provide autonomous assessment, diagnosis and prescribing for a wide range of acute clinical presentations.
* Join a small established team of ANPs/ACPs delivering this service to GP practices across Aberdeen City.
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse or Paramedic Practitioner with a PgDip or MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice.
* Evidence of substantial consolidation/experience delivering care at an Advanced Practice level.
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car for work purposes; travel throughout Aberdeen City area is essential, including LEZ areas.
