Key Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager by assisting in day‑to‑day store operations and ensuring costs remain within targets.
* Drive sales by promoting store profitability, identifying growth opportunities and maximizing sales.
* Maintain high levels of customer service at all times.
* Develop, coach and motivate the team to achieve targets and lead by example.
* Deputise for the Manager, stepping in when required to ensure smooth store operations.
