We are working with an exciting design consultancy, who are seeking a passionate Revit technician who will be working closely with clients and other designers to provide solutions across the offsite construction sector.
As a Revit Technician you will:
* Create detailed designs and models using Revit and AutoCAD.
* Produce high-quality, coordinated models and design documents.
* Ensure compliance with building regulations, CDM, and industry standards.
* Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to deliver efficient, sustainable designs.
* Prepare, submit and co-ordinate Building Control applications and the subsequent discharge of any conditions.
* Stay updated on MMC and off-site construction techniques.
What we are looking for:
* Degree in Architectural/Engineering/Environmental Design or equivalent.
* Experience in Revit BIM Level 2, DfMA, and MMC.
* Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and BIM procedures.
* Ambitious, team-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional work.
