As the first point of contact for the compliance mailbox, you’ll handle incidents efficiently and uphold high standards. You will also support the Compliance Manager in delivering key initiatives, managing third-party risk, and monitoring compliance programmes. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact by driving proactive risk management, supporting the business success and driving the delivering fair outcomes to our members and customers. What you can bring to the role: We are looking to hear from candidates who have experience in a compliance setting, especially if your experience is in financial services, insurance or distribution. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience in: Assurance experience (Quality Controls or Quality Assurance) Third party risk or vendor management experience Experience in 3 rd party risk management We would also invite applications from candidates with a Know Your Customer (KYC) background.
