You will manage the construction of a piece of furniture from start to finish, allowing you to take pride in your work. On larger pieces, you will be supported by, or will be supporting colleagues; but every day is a new challenge. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled Joiner/Carpenter. Primarily this will be “bench-based”; but there may be occasions when you are needed on-site – these times are few and far between. You’ll be working with our established Team and be made very welcome. The role would suit someone with joinery/carpentry experience, ideally in a workshop, but if you have the right skills we would love to talk with you. Requirements: - Experience in joinery or carpentry (minimum 2 years) - ideally, with a portfolio of previous work - Good to have experience in working with high-end joinery - Proficient in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively - Ability to read and interpret production sheets, technical drawings - Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality craftsmanship - Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members At FLEGG we fully support Equality in Employment.
