Main duties of the job

In this role, you will manage a defined caseload, providing specialist psychological interventions that promote recovery and wellbeing tailored to each persons unique needs.Youll become an integral part of our large, friendly, and supportive multi-disciplinary team, committed to nurturing your current skills while offering ongoing professional development opportunities. Person Specification


Qualifications

* Registered Mental Health Nurses: Registered Nurse qualification in Mental Health, Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
* Occupational Therapists: BSc or equivalent in Occupational Therapy, Registration with Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
* Social Workers: Social Work qualification (CQSW, DIPSW, Degree), Approved Social Worker status under the Isle of Man Mental Health Act 1998 or the capability and willingness to undertake training to gain this qualification within a 3 year specified period, or if employed from other jurisdiction Approval under other jurisdictions requirements and portfolio evidence to support this, Registration with Social Work England (SWE)
