The Role:
As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for leading technical projects across all RIBA stages—from feasibility through to delivery. You’ll be expected to:
* Run projects independently and collaboratively
* Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
* Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations
* Contribute to the mentoring and development of junior staff
About You:
* Degree-qualified Architectural Technologist
* Chartered (CIAT) or actively working towards chartership
* Proven experience in a project-running capacity across all RIBA stages
* Experience in the residential sector preferred (other sectors also considered)
* Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD (confident users highly regarded)
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
