PureJewels is looking for a retail sales specialist to join our Green Street team. The role focuses on confident customer engagement, accurate selling and supporting the smooth operation of the showroom. Experience in jewellery is not required. We will train you from the ground up in product knowledge, hallmarking and customer service.
Key tasks
\t•\tEngage customers with clarity, confidence and care
\t•\tSupport sales across all collections and price points
\t•\tMaintain stock accuracy and overall store presentation
\t•\tHandle orders, repairs and customer follow up
\t•\tAssist with visual merchandising and display standards
\t•\tBuild strong customer relationships and support repeat business
Personality required
\t•\tWarm, attentive and comfortable speaking to customers
\t•\tDisciplined, organised and reliable in daily tasks
\t•\tCurious, willing to learn and able to adapt quickly
\t•\tTeam oriented with a positive approach to problem solving
\t•\tTakes pride in high standards and careful work
Training will be provided on
\t•\tJewellery basics including metals, styles and craftsmanship
\t•\tHallmarking and responsible sourcing
\t•\tCustomer service, clienteling and sales techniques
\t•\tProduct care, repairs and aftersales
\t•\tStock management and store procedures
